Annual HOA Meeting

It is our hope that all of you are staying safe and healthy as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of us are home more than ever before, and it has been a delight to see families outside, walking the streets of our neighborhood and spending time in your yards. With the increased outdoor activity, we want to remind you to please slow down when driving through the subdivision and refrain from parking vehicles in our streets. There are many young children outside playing, and families strolling so we ask that you be extra cautious and alert. Thank you, in advance, for keeping Gran Forest safe.

Listed below are a set of Rules that will be posted in multiple places around the pool area

• We have placed signage at the entrance to instruct patrons that they cannot enter if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or had contact with a person that has or is suspected to have COVID-19
• We have added two hand sanitizer stations in the pool area
• We have regular cleaning done three times weekly
• Please practice Social Distancing habits
• No Parties or groups more than six people
• PLEASE BRING EITHER DISINFECTING SPRAY OR WIPES TO WIPE DOWN YOUR CHAIR/TABLE UPON ARRIVING AND LEAVING
• Violation of any of these added measures can lead to the following
  • Immediate Removal from Pool Area
  • Suspension of Pool access
  • Pool could be shut down for the remainder of the season
• All the Above Rules are Subject to change as more information is made available to the HOA Board

Join the Gran Forest Breakfast Club the FIRST Friday of each month, from 9:00 a.m. until ???  This will be a standing event and all are welcome.  Sign up to the Gran Forest Email List for an eblast with the location each month.  Just show up to share a few stories and get to know your neighbors.  For more info call Cathy Graff 770-205-7616.

Notes from the Board

Your Board is supporting Red Oak Sanitation as the preferred trash company for the neighborhood.  To contact Red Oak, call 678-455-7819.

Red Oak has the largest recycling program in the state of GA, and 100% of the proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society. 

Best of all, as more and more people move to a single pick-up, there will be less noise and traffic on the streets, as well as isolating pick-up traffic to a single day.
