About Gran Forest
Gran Forest was developed by Holyoke Corporation and the 187 homes were built by Centex. Construction began in 1991, and the last available home site was developed around 1997. Directions: Gran Forest is located in Cumming, GA in Forsyth County. From GA 400 (Northbound or Southbound), Take exit 14 and head east toward Buford. Turn right onto Haw Creek CR (between a Sun Trust Bank and a CVS Pharmacy). Turn left continuing on Haw Creek CR (behind the CVS pharmacy) and watch for Gran Forest Dr on the right. This is the main entrance into our subdivision.
